We offer all of our contract candidates the opportunity to take advantage of our industry-leading electronic online worksheet system (OLW) via this website. The OLW uses the latest technology and now enables contractors to claim payment to the exact minute they have worked and even receive an estimated payment date.
This is in addition to being able to submit worksheets and invoices on line, which are then automatically sent to a line manager for authorisation. As soon as your Huxley Associates placement is confirmed, you will receive a set of log-in details that you can use to access the system via the above 'Contract Info' tab. You can use your unique log-in to access all of the invoices and worksheets that you have ever submitted during the course of your contract and these will continue to be stored even once you have completed the assignment. You can check back at the end of the year, which will help with submitting your annual accounts, and can access all of your information long after the completion of your contract.
